Pricing for custom cakes is individualized. Many considerations
go into your price: ingredients, design, construction, time and difficulty.
Theses are general prices that may be slightly different

prices include .07% sales tax

Servings may be more or less depending on the size slice you cut.

Wedding cakes $1.75 per a slice but may be more depending on the difficulty of the design. For basic flavors. Basic Fondant flavors $2.75 per a slice.
For specialty flavors wedding cakes start at $2.25 per a slice. Fondant specialty flavors $3.25 per a slice.

Wedding Cupcakes Towers are $1.25 per a cupcake

There will be surcharges for large quanities of edible flowers and figure modeling,  fondant bows, edible pearls, etc.
Fresh or silk flowers purchased by the client can be arranged simply on the cake at no additional charge. A florist will be required for anything complex.
I include a six inch tier for your anniversary at no charge. You will receive a certificate for your FREE 6" anniversary cake when you book. All you need to do is call me when you would like to redeem for your anniversary cake. Please contact me to discuss pricing for your wedding cake in more detail.

Deposits
I require a 50% deposit to hold your date, and the remainder at least 7 days prior to the event . Deposits to hold your date are non refundable. If full payment is not made 2 weeks prior to your event a $25.00 late fee will occur.

I require a deposit for the cost of any equipment, such as fountains, cake plates, pillars, stairways and the like. Your deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in it's original condition. Any damage/loss will be deducted from the deposit.

Delivery
Local delivery to the greater Augusta area is free. All other out of town locations there is a delivery fee which will be determined depending on how far a distance is required for delivery.

Cancellations
Full refund of your deposit will be issued as long as I have not started working on your cake. Please keep in mind that orders with embellishments that are made ahead of time, such as molded figures, larges quanities of flowers, fondant ribbons, etc, I may start as early as 2 weeks ahead of your date.  Any costs already incurred on your behalf will be deducted from your deposit. I will try to be flexible with unforseen circumstances, but since we are working with perishable items,  payment in full is expected if your cake is already made.

Cake Tasting
Cake tasting appointments can be made. There is a small fee of $20.00 for all cake tasting appointments. If you order a wedding cake the fee will be taken off your final cake order. We will do tasting for up to four different flavors.

Rush
Time permitting I may accept a job with little notice. If I have less than 6 days notice there will be a rush fee of $10 for cakes serving 25 or less, and $20 for those serving up to 50.
For wedding cakes that I receive less than 3 weeks notice a charge of $50 will occur.
